cafe Astoria is an independent St Paul local coffee shop with a commitment to the neighbor and strive to create a warm comfortable place for people relax, work and socialize. during a month of September when guest make donations they will receive a gift of shine bright hot cocoa garnished with whipped cream, sprinkles and marshmallow. donations help support the cancer and blood disorders program at Childrens Minnesota.
